ORDER INFORMATION:. A receipt will be enclosed with your order. You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order, plus another email will be sent when your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES: Our minimum Shipping Rate is $5.75 for one pound of products within the Continental U.S. With the new zonal rates
for the post office it will be impossible for us to guess the shipping rate for
each order until the address and total weight have been determined. The exact cost will be determined
when your order is ready for shipping. We make every effort to
ship you orders by the most economical means, either priority mail or by other
ground carriers The shipping rate is based on current US Priority Shipping rates according to weight and postal zone.
We do ship International. The Actual cost to ship will be added to your credit card and invoice. Shipping rates subject to change without notice and US Postal increases. Orders under $100 will be
shipped by United States Postal Service. Orders over $100 will be
shipped by DHL.
If you are doing a mail-in order and are sending a check, please call to verify
the shipping charges.
To give you an example, 9 spools of Aurifil
can be shipped for the 1 lb. rate; but, depending on which brands you choose or
combinations of brands, more or less spools could be shipped for the same rate.
RETURN POLICY: Returns are allowed within 30 days from date of purchase in
unopened and saleable condition. Return authorization is necessary. Credit is
applicable toward in store credit only less 20% restocking fee. Credit must be
used within 30 day of issuance. Return freight must be prepaid.
